Connector in Microsoft Exchange 365
There may be times when a connector is useful in your Microsoft Exchange 365 in order to facilitate the flow of incoming emails to be authorized. A connector allows, among other things, to validate an email flow from a third-party server, such as Octopus.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Open Exchange Admin Center
- Go to Mail Flow > Connectors
- Click on Add a connector
- Choose Partner organization
- Enter a representative name
- Add the following IP address:
- 161.38.199.187
- Leave other options as is
- Create the conector These steps allow Microsoft Exchange 365 to trust the email from Octopus
